Amendment to 2023 Reporting Calendar

• The company has adjusted its reporting calendar for 2023, with the annual report and accounts for the year ending 31 December 2022 scheduled to be published before the market opens on 12 April 2023.
• The delay in releasing the annual report has also led to a delay of two weeks in the annual general meeting, which the company expects to hold on Wednesday 24 May 2023 in Cambridge, United Kingdom.
