Appointment of Company Secretary

Highlights:

• Mr. David Edwards has been appointed as the Company Secretary of Alliance Nickel Ltd (ASX: AXN) following the resignation of Mr. Mark Pitts, effective May 18, 2023. Mr. Edwards also serves as Alliance’s Chief Financial Officer.
