• GTI Energy Ltd (ASX:GTR) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 11 May 2023 at 9.30am (WST) at 104 Colin Street, West Perth, WA 6005.
• Shareholders can view and download the Notice of Meeting from the Company’s website or from the ASX market announcements page under the code “GTR”. Paper copies will not be dispatched unless requested by the shareholder.
• Shareholders can vote in person, by proxy, or by appointing an authorized representative. Proxy voting instructions must be received by 9:30am (WST) on 9 May 2023, and all resolutions will be voted on by poll. Shareholders are encouraged to read the Notice of Meeting in its entirety and consult professional advisers if needed
